RETURNS
Note: Any problem found on receipt of an order, including damaged goods, must be reported to Tri Nature within seven (7) days of receiving the order. Any problem will be resolved to the satisfaction of the Customer, the Consultant, and Tri Nature as quickly as possible.
All warranties and guarantees exclude defects caused by damage or misuse after receipt, and damage during transit is dealt with through our freight company.
Refund Policy
Tri Nature guarantees that only the highest quality raw components are used in the manufacture of their products. If for any reason a Tri Nature product is found to be unsatisfactory, Tri Nature will refund the cost of the product to the Purchaser on return of the product within 30 days, provided that at least 75% of the original product is returned, and that a copy of the tax invoice detailing purchase of the item is returned with the product. In the event that Tri Nature deems a returned product ‘faulty’, Tri Nature will also refund the cost of returning the product provided a tax invoice for the cost of the return is provided.
A Tri Nature Consultant is responsible for refunding the price to their retail customer and obtaining the product from the retail customer and returning it to Tri Nature. The Tri Nature Consultant should discuss the problem with Tri Nature if they are unsure whether the guarantee is valid in any instance.
Damaged Goods
If a product is received in a damaged condition, the Purchaser is to complete a Returned Goods Claim Form. Photographic evidence must be attached to the form to enable Tri Nature to complete processing of the claim. On receipt of this form, the Purchaser can either receive replacement stock with no additional freight cost incurred, or the Purchaser may receive a refund for the cost of the damaged product(s).
