What should I do if I want to return a product?

First, you should consult our Refund Policy and Damaged Goods Policy (if relevant) to check if you are eligible to return goods. You can view these policies below.

Any problem or desire to return products should be reported to Tri Nature within seven (7) days of receiving the order. We will attempt to resolve any situation to the satisfaction of our customers within the rules & policies of Tri Nature.

 

Refund Policy

Tri Nature guarantees that only the highest quality materials and machinery are used to manufacture our products. If for any reason a Tri Nature product is found to be unsatisfactory, Tri Nature will refund or credit the purchase price of the product to the Purchaser on return of the product within 30 days, provided that at least 75% of the original product is returned, and that a copy of the tax invoice number is provided via the request for return form below.

In the event that Tri Nature deems a product to be faulty, we will provide a postage paid address for the return of the product, if required.

In the event that a customer purchases a Tri Nature product through a Tri Nature Independent Consultant, the Tri Nature Independent Consultant is responsible for refunding the purchase price to their retail customer in a timely manner. They are also responsible for obtaining the product from their retail customer and notifying Tri Nature, before a refund to the Tri Nature Independent Consultant will be considered.

Damaged Goods

If a product is received in a damaged condition, the Purchaser is to complete the Tri Nature Damaged Goods form within 7 days of receiving your order. Tri Nature will investigate and process your claim and if successful may replace, refund or credit the Purchaser. Replacement stock will not incur additional freight costs. Please allow up to 7 days for Tri Nature to investigate and process your claim.

Replacement stock that is being sent to the Purchaser cannot have paid items added to it to avoid additional shipping costs. If an order is placed by the Purchaser, they can request replacement stock to be sent with the order, but freight will be charged to the original order as normal.

Missing Goods

If a product is missing from your order, the Purchaser is to complete the Tri Nature Missing Goods form within 7 days of receiving your order. Tri Nature will investigate and process your claim and if successful may replace, refund or credit the Purchaser. Replacement stock will not incur additional freight costs. Please allow up to 7 days for Tri Nature to investigate and process your claim.
